  8.     You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  9.     before using this software (the "SOFTWARE") provided with this
  10.     agreement. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance
  11.     of this license agreement and warranty.

  17.     DigitSoft DiskShop Software (hereafter referred to as SOFTWARE
  18.     or software) is completely owned and copyrighted by DigitSoft.
  19.     Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE and
  20.     your license, whether REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED, should not be
  21.     construed as the sale of any right in the SOFTWARE or any right in
  22.     any of its component parts.

  25.     REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  28.     This license applies to the REGISTERED version of the software.
  29.     If you are using the UNREGISTERED version of the software, please
  30.     see UNREGISTERED VERSION LICENSE section below.

  32.     One REGISTERED copy of the software may be used EITHER by a single
  33.     individual who uses the software personally on one or more
  34.     computers OR it may be installed on a workstation in the household 
  35.     to be used by more individuals, but not outside the household.

  38.     The license for this software is NOT transferable to any
  39.     other hardware product, company, entity, or individual.

  41.     You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  42.     disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE
  43.     except as defined in this agreement and with the written consent
  44.     of DigitSoftL Software. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the
  45.     immediate and automatic termination of ANY license, REGISTERED or
  46.     UNREGISTERED.

  49.     UNREGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  52.     This license applies to the UNREGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE.
  53.     If you are using the registered version of the software, please
  54.     see REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE section above.

  56.     The UNREGISTERED version of the SOFTWARE may be freely
  57.     distributed, provided that the distribution package is not
  58.     modified in any way and is complete. No person or company may
  59.     charge a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE without the
  60.     express written permission from DigitSoft Software.

  62.     You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  63.     disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  64.     SOFTWARE except as provided for in this agreement. Any instance 
  65.     of such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  66.     termination of the license, whether REGISTERED or UNREGISTERED.

  68.     This software is SHAREWARE. Subject to the terms that follow, you
  69.     are hereby licensed to use the less functional version of the
  70.     SOFTWARE for evaluation purposes only for a period of 30
  71.     consecutive days without charge. After the 30 consecutive days
  72.     have elapsed, you must uninstall and discontinue usage of the
  73.     SOFTWARE or purchase a LICENSE for a REGISTERED VERSION. If you
  74.     wish to use the SOFTWARE with all of the functions enabled, you
  75.     must obtain a registration key from DigitSoft.

  77.     A fee is required for the REGISTERED VERSION. Ordering 
  78.     information is located in the file named ORDERcomfirm.TXT. When payment
  79.     is received by DigitSoft Software, you will be sent a registration key
  80.     by e-mail for the most recent version of the SOFTWARE.

  86.     THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
  87.     OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, 
  88.     BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY 
  89.     AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT 
  90.     SHALL DigitSoft OR SOFTWARE AUTHOR BE LIABLE 
  91.     FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, 
  92.     INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS 
  93.     OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR AUTHOR 
  94.     HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
